“Encyclopedia of BodyBuilding” was his book about bodybuilding. If you would followed his instructions and put 40 pounds of muscle on your frame in 5 years. He can changed your life. Now, as far as a politician, he’s a joke. He’s not a statesman, he’s an entertainer (much the same as Reagan was.) But one thing I always agreed with him on: This is America. And if you can’t find SOME way of making it in America, you’re not doing it right. See how his start was and how Arnold looked once. Remember this was 40 years ago.
